These Terms of Use govern the Orvix application and its documentation. By using Orvix, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms.
1. About Orvix
Orvix is an object development recording and monitoring application developed and owned by Kolibri. Omnutil is one of Kolibri's websites and hosts the Orvix documentation.
2. User Eligibility
Users must have the legal capacity to use digital services under applicable law. Minors must have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for securing their Google account, device, and access to Orvix. Account access must not be shared with unauthorized parties.
4. Permitted Use
Orvix may be used for lawful object records and monitoring, research, agriculture, livestock, inventory, documentation, and similar purposes.
5. Prohibited Use
- Using Orvix for unlawful activities.
- Uploading content that violates privacy or third-party rights.
- Attempting to damage, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the system.
- Registering passwords, banking data, or confidential information as object data.
- Using QR Codes, photos, or location information to deceive or harm others.
6. User Content and Responsibility
Users remain responsible for the data, photos, records, locations, and content they enter or share through Orvix. Users must have all necessary rights and permissions.
7. Location and Watermarks
Location and watermark information depends on GPS, connectivity, the device, and third-party services. Users must verify accuracy before using it in reports or as evidence.
8. Synchronization and Data Loss
Orvix provides local storage and server synchronization. Users are responsible for confirming that queued data has synchronized before clearing application data, signing out, uninstalling Orvix, or changing devices.
9. Third-Party Services and Advertising
Orvix may use Google services, location providers, advertising services, and sharing applications. Third-party services are also governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Intellectual Property
The Orvix name, visual identity, application, documentation, and related materials belong to Kolibri or are used under valid rights. They may not be copied or commercially distributed without written permission.
11. Service Availability and Changes
Kolibri may update, change, limit, or discontinue Orvix features for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service development.
12. Limitation of Liability
Orvix is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Kolibri is not liable for indirect losses, inaccurate location data, third-party service failures, or data loss caused by devices, connectivity, or user actions.
13. Access Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated when users violate these terms, disrupt the service, misuse Orvix, or when required by law.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through communication and good-faith discussion.
15. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in features, technology, and law. The latest version will be available on the Orvix documentation website.
