PDF reports help users share an object summary and observation history in a cleaner document format.
Creating a PDF Report
- Open the object detail page.
- Tap the Share button.
- Orvix creates the object report as a PDF file.
- Select the destination app to share or save the PDF file.
Report Contents
The PDF report includes the following information:
- Object data.
- Object photo.
- QR or object identity as text.
- Observation history.
- Observation photos when available.
New PDF Format
The PDF report now displays object photos and observation photos completely so they are not cropped. The Orvix footer also appears on every PDF page.
Language in the PDF
PDF labels follow the device language where available, especially Indonesian and English. If labels for a language are not yet complete, Orvix uses English as the fallback.
Before Sharing a PDF
- Review the object data and observation history.
- Make sure the PDF does not contain location information or sensitive data that should not be shared.
- Share the report only with people who need it.
