Opening an Object
- Open the dashboard.
- Find the object you need.
- Tap the object.
The detail page displays the profile photo, ID, QR Code, development history, PDF report access, transfer access, and Shared Managers based on the user's permissions.
Viewing Observation History
- Find the Development History section.
- Select the record you want to view.
- Tap the photo to open the full photo viewer.
The observation creator's name appears in history, including observations created by a Recorder.
Zooming an Observation Photo
- Pinch with two fingers to zoom in or out.
- Drag with one finger when the photo is enlarged.
- Double-tap to zoom or return to the original size.
- Use Back or Close to exit the viewer.
Sharing an Observation Photo
- Open the observation photo in the full viewer.
- Tap Share.
- After any interstitial advertisement finishes, select the destination application.
Check that the photo does not expose sensitive location information before sharing it publicly.
Sharing a PDF Report
The share button on the object detail page now creates an object report as a PDF file. The report includes object data, the object photo, QR or object identity as text, and observation history.
Role-Based Access
The Owner has full access. A Recorder can view and add observations. An Observer can only view the object and history.
