Before Recording Data
- Enable GPS before taking attendance.
- Make sure the camera is available.
- Make sure the device battery is sufficient for field activity.
Weak Signal Areas
- Keep recording; data is stored locally.
- Wait for coordinate lookup because GPS may take longer.
- Synchronize data when internet is available.
After Recording Data
- Check history to make sure data is saved.
- Use dark theme in dim areas and light theme in bright areas.
- Export CSV when you need a spreadsheet report.
