The Attendance feature records field presence with a photo, timestamp, GPS coordinates, and watermark.
Attendance Steps
- Make sure location or GPS is enabled.
- On Home, tap Attendance.
- The app opens the camera.
- Take the attendance photo.
- Wait for the app to find GPS coordinates.
- A watermark is added to the photo.
- Tap Save to save the attendance record.
Attendance Data
- Attendance photo.
- User name.
- User email.
- Record time.
- GPS coordinates.
- Location information when available.
- Additional watermark logo when enabled from Settings.
Front and Back Camera
Attendance usually uses the front camera. Users can still switch cameras from the camera screen when needed.
Offline Notes
If internet is unavailable, coordinate lookup can still work as long as GPS is active. Location lookup in offline or weak-signal conditions may take longer. Data is stored on the device first and synchronized to the server when internet is available.
