GeoStamp separates attendance history and saved location history so records are easier to review and share.
History Tabs
- Attendance: contains user attendance records.
- Saved Location: contains location documentation, including location name, contact phone, and notes when filled in.
Available Actions
- View records by tab.
- View photo, time, coordinates, address, and note details.
- Open photos in detail view.
- Zoom photos with a two-finger pinch.
- Share photos and data.
- Delete local data when needed.
- See data that is waiting to sync or failed to sync.
Sharing Data
The share button tries to send the photo and text to WhatsApp. If WhatsApp is not available, GeoStamp tries WhatsApp Business and then opens other sharing options.
Shared attendance data may include user name, latlong, date, address, and a Google Maps link. Shared location data may include location name, latlong, date, address, contact phone, notes, and a Google Maps link.
Synchronization Status
Unsynchronized data is marked as waiting to sync. If synchronization fails, an error message may be shown on the history card. Pending data can be synced from the Sync now panel.
Automatic Sync
When the History screen is active, GeoStamp may retry synchronization periodically. Users can still run manual synchronization when needed.
