The Scan Result screen shows what OmniCode detected and provides actions based on the content type.
What you can do
- Open action: open a URL, email, phone, SMS, or location with a matching app.
- Copy Raw Value: copy the exact detected value to the clipboard.
- Save to History: store the result locally for later use.
- Share: send the detected value to another app.
- Scan Again: return to the scanner.
Supported smart actions
OmniCode recognizes common result types such as URL, email, phone number, SMS, location, Wi-Fi payload, product codes, and plain text. If no special action is available, copying the value is the safest action.
Wi-Fi QR-Codes
For Wi-Fi payloads, OmniCode displays the SSID, security type, password, and hidden network status when available.
