Print one test sheet and adjust X/Y coordinates in millimeters. Confirm that the selected paper size and orientation match the actual print setup.
Preview looks different from expected
Check output mode, font, size, color, bold, italic, and page selector. The preview is generated from the PDF output.
PDF cannot be shared
Make sure the device has an app that can receive PDF files, such as a file manager, email app, messaging app, or cloud storage app.
Barcode or QR cannot be scanned
Increase size, improve contrast, and avoid placing the code too close to the cut edge. Always scan a printed test sample.
A3 or custom paper is locked
A3 and custom paper require subscription access. Check subscription status or restore purchase.
