Layout Setup defines where each number is printed on the sheet.
Paper size and orientation
Choose the paper size and orientation that match the PDF output. A4, Letter, and Legal are available to free users. A3 and Custom paper are subscription features.

X and Y coordinates
X is the horizontal distance from the left edge of the paper. Y is the vertical distance from the top edge of the paper. Values are entered in millimeters.
Copy-aware positions
If Number Copy is 2 or 3, each copy group has its own X/Y positions. For example, a four-up copy 2 job uses positions 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, then 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b.
