The Share PDF button generates a production-ready PDF and opens the Android share sheet.
Where the file goes
After generating the PDF, NumPress passes the file to another Android application selected by the user. You can send it to a print app, file manager, cloud storage, messaging app, or email app.
Recommended workflow
- Preview the first page.
- Share the PDF to a printer, storage folder, or production workstation.
- Print one test sheet first.
- Check registration against the actual printed design.
- Proceed with full production after confirmation.
