NumPress preview is intended to behave like print preview in Microsoft Word or Excel.
Identical to PDF output
The preview is rendered from the same PDF data that will be shared. If the number appears at a position in preview, it should appear at the same position in the exported PDF.
Preview pages
NumPress may show a limited number of preview pages for performance. Use the page selector to inspect the first few pages before sharing the PDF.
What to check
- Correct numbering order.
- Correct sequential or cut-and-stack output.
- Correct X/Y position.
- Correct font, size, color, bold, and italic style.
- Correct barcode or QR output mode when used.
